This bread is so easy to make AND it’s gluten free and has no added sugar!

If you are gluten intolerant you’ll love biting into this wholesome loaf of banana yumminess!

Banana Bread


  • 3 ripe, mashed bananas
  • 3 cups raw almond flour 
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional) 
  • 1 teaspoon grass feed organic butter (you could use coconut butter or ghee)

To prepare:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 C)
  2. In large bowl mix together all ingredients. 
  3. Pour into buttered loaf pan. (You can line the pan with buttered wax paper.)
  4. Bake for 50 minutes to an hour. (Check after 50 minutes, insert wooden toothpick and if it comes out clean, it’s ready.)

Baked Apples


  • 4 medium red apples, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Sprinkle or preferably freshly ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons water

To prepare:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 C)
  2. Place apples in baking dish, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Add water.
  4. Place in oven and bake for approximately 20-30 minutes, or until desired tenderness.
  5. Add another little drizzle of honey and/or cinnamon after they have baked.

Add apple slices to the top of banana bread for a wholesome breakfast, snack or dessert.
