Laura will lead you through body resistance training, HIIT intervals, yoga sequences, and a 5 minute relaxation.
Work your legs, arms, butt, abs, balance, and burn calories.
This is a challenging, fun workout yet suitable for all fitness levels as modifications are offered with each move.
All you need to bring is your yoga mat and a bottle of water!
